Who will run

This service is perfect for beginner runners wishing to run their first distance of 5K, 10K, 21K or for runners with poor running experience wishing to start training regularly, systematically and safely. If you don't know where to start, get confused in terminology, lose motivation, then you are definitely in the right place.

Duration

The plan is created for at least 12 weeks, the duration depends on the chosen distance

Typical plan

There will be 3-4 workouts per week in average, training volume depending on the initial level of the runner, one long run, strength work, special training for the development of MOC and AT

Each workout segment contains information about the duration, intensity and heart rate zones
